Please read this carefully.  By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.

Fen Mill Crafts reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. This website is operated by Fen Mill Crafts at Lode way, Chatteris, Cambs, PE16 6TN.

Orders and workshop bookings can be placed online on our website, or by email.  Online bookings require payment by Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.  

We do not offer credit facilities.  All orders must be paid in full before goods will be dispatched.

Online purchase require payment by Paypal or Credit/Debit Card.

Fen Mill Crafts will make every effort to comply with all health and safety requirements when running a workshop.  However, due to the nature of the workshops Fen Mill Crafts can not be held responsible for damage from art supplies to person, personal clothing or belongings.  Protective gloves and aprons are supplied. Customers are advised at the time of booking to wear old clothes, remove jewellery and tie back long hair.  

Refunds for Studio based workshops will be decided on individual circumstances.  The exception to this is further covid-19 lockdowns when you will be given the choice of a full refund or an alternative date.  Products will only be replaced if found to be faulty.
